I like my salads to be more raw-beans-and-peas based than leafy, so I eat the spinach to get to them. I have yet to meet the pea or bean I didn't like.

Use hummus as your glue (instead of mayo) and then turkey, maters, sprouts, whateve. but the hummus and the bagel are sort of substantial. If you don't like that get the Reese's dark chocolate. I keep reading dark chocolate is so good for you. So is wine. cest la vie!
